Michelle Hay has been appointed National Manager – Xpress Underwriting Centre at Zurich Australia. She was previously Packages Manager. Ms Hay’s early experience was in broking, underwriting and sales in Australia and the UK, before she moved into strategic customer experience and market advisory roles. She replaces Brad Baker, who is taking a career break.
